The hotel's location is perfect for exploring Rome's major monuments, with the Spanish Steps just a few feet away. It is also conveniently close to a taxi stand and a Metro station, making it easy to get around the city. The rooms, although slightly small and outdated, are comfortable and provide a homely feel. The staff members are friendly, responsive, and always ready to assist. The breakfast is exquisite, offering a wide variety of options to start the day off right.

Some of the staff, particularly the doormen, seemed distant and less attentive compared to the reception and concierge staff.

I had an amazing stay at a centrally located hotel in Rome. The staff, especially the Concierge Pino, Christian, and Gabriele, were polite and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, and the hotel made me feel at home. I highly recommend staying here.

The room I had was small, but fine, and the rate was good. The bathroom was large and well appointed. The air conditioning was great and adjustable. The linens and towels were wonderful. The location is convenient if you are interested in the shopping aspect of the city. The concierge staff was helpful and provided good restaurant recommendations.

Some amenities like coffee maker, water, and Wifi were expensive. The housekeeping could have been better, as the carpet was not cleaned properly.

We had an amazing time at this hotel. the staff was always at our disposal, ensuring our luxurious needs were met. the spa and wellness center were fantastic, offering a wide range of exclusive amenities. the treatments were top-notch, offering full body massages, body wraps, and facials.

The only downside we experienced was that there was only one small restaurant in operation. we must acknowledge that the food and service were excellent, and the restaurant's atmosphere was second to none.
